Practice begins with a variety of still yin postures designed to release tension in the joints and emotions and stress generally stored in the body. The yin practice will be followed by a vinyasa flow and class will conclude with various breathing exercises and sometimes a short meditation.

$10 per class. This Hatha practice allows students to deeply explore one pose at a time, holding every posture long enough to find stability, ease, and equanimity. Classes include practical breathing techniques and meditation practice to aid the process of calming the mind. Suitable for all levels and bodies.
